Gwenvor Beach

Stretched around the Land’s End Peninsula, you can find some of England’s most beautiful and highly rated beaches. From small secluded beaches in romantic coves to long open stretches of golden sands, the West Cornwall coastline has the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The beaches in the area are amongst the cleanest in Europe, many of which have won the coveted Blue Flag Award.

Surfing in west cornwall is booming! Rightfully known as the surfing mecca of the UK, the west is littered with good beach breaks with the odd good reef set up.

One of the best things about surfing in Cornwall is that we have the peninsula (Lands End) within easy driving distance. You can surf the north coast, get out, and go surf the south coast.Head over to sennen cove for waves throughout summer, one of the most consistent beach breaks in the UK! Other good quality consistent beaches in Penwith are Porthmeor, Fistral, Porthtowan, Godrevy and Praa Sands. All good fun waves for all levels of surfer and bodyboarder.
